Supportive Management: Leaders are friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to help. Good Work-Life Balance: Flexible hours and the option to work remotely make it easy to balance work and personal life. Teamwork: Everyone is willing to collaborate and support each other. Growth Opportunities: Plenty of chances to learn new skills and move up in the company. Communication: With a large team, communication may be difficult but it is very easy here.
