      Great entry-level position Continually exposed to new technologies Managerial staff is easy to work alongside No micromanagement on daily operations

      Cons

      The workload can fall short at times The onboarding training process is minimal Documentation for client processes are not fully recorded The work can become repetitive

      They provide flexibility to work remotely.

      Cons

      - Poor culture, nepotism runs rampant and if you are close to the people at the top you can move up. Qualifications don't mean anything at all. - No vision, blind leading the blind - Core group that formed the company have tunnel vision and there is no room for new ideas or growth. - CEO could care less about the employees. - Poor Benefits , 401k match is not vested so you lose all the employer match if you leave before 5 years at the company, Accumulated Vacation time is not paid upon termination. - If you don't believe me, look at the turn over rate in all departments (Linkedin will show you the details). It's a revolving door, good people do not stay for more than a year or two max. - Please do yourself a favor and do not join this company.
