Aspirus has great reputation in community, with caring staff.

Pros

Senior management has excellent vision. Benefits are good in comparison with other companies. Caring employees who put the patient first. Flexibility in scheduling.

Cons

Middle management is too concerned with dollars and doesn't address concerns of staff under them. Many excellent employees end up leaving because the "problem" employees and issues aren't dealt with;high turnover. No recognition for going above and beyond what is expected; employees who coast along, or just barely get by, receive same recognition (and pay increases) as stellar employees.

Location Staff commitment to quality. Beautiful facility with great staff energy.

Cons

Lack of recognition from mgmt. Anemic raises, slow response to changing market conditions. Expects more each day from staff but less from managers. Staff turnover due to lack of advancement opportunities.
