Pros

The environment at AssetMark is very positive and friendly. Growth is encouraged and the environment is pretty open in terms of being able to collaborate with your coworkers or superiors. The company is also not too large, so it's easy to get to know the people that you work with. This ties into the "con," but in non-busy times, your manager usually will allot you company time to study for the licensing exams as well. You can use these licenses anywhere else.

Cons

Progression is indicative on passing FINRA exams (on the Sales Team, especially). This in itself is not a problem, but studying for the exams can eat into work/life balance.
