UI Specialist Review

Pros

Learning technology stack for building websites in the professional level. Great people on the development engineering team in the company.

Cons

The direction to using agile methodology processes is constantly breaking apart when managers add more tickets near end of sprints (which kills work life balance). Titles do not accurately display responsibilities, did full stack development, but got a UI Specialist title (to give lower compensation). Nepotism is known in the managerial side of the company.
