Pros

Individual contributors consistently great people; great job done hiring consistently strong individuals who fit the same positive, casual culture.Casual dress (jeans) daily; promotions not based on seniority but instead strictly on performance; Organization is in early stages (due to recent buy-out in 2008). Due in part to this, management listens to new ideas from all levels, actually implements many of them.

Cons

Training is seriously lacking, starting with individual contributor up through team leaders.

An ok place to work, with decent hours and decent pay.

Pros

Standard work hours. Rarely burning the midnight oil. Nice, hard-working people to work with. Great for family life, if you live in the east bay suburbs.

Cons

Shotgun approach to company initiatives. No clear road-map to employees of company direction. Little room for advancement.
