I worked for several years. Pay was on-par with the competition. Benefits included PTO, 401k, Health Insurance (PPO & HMO), discount programs etc. Annual holiday parties and summer events for employees and family were done almost every year. Professional training, when required was also sponsored. Green card sponsorship was initiated for most of the employees. I have heard horror stories from other consulting companies but my experience with Assigncorp was completely different and positive! Employees were treated with respect. Job stability, which is rare in consulting was an important benefit for many employees.
