      Friendly and hardworking team members.

      Cons

      Overall, this place is a joke. Poorly run, horrible management, no work life balance (especially with the move to four days in office), constantly promising things they couldn’t deliver, no room for career growth, and salaries that are far below industry standards. If you are looking for a job here, I guarantee you will be better off practically anywhere else.

      Was able to enter entry level. Learned the basics of property management.

      Cons

      Didn’t want to invest in growth but expected it. Very toxic workplace. Low salary and small pay increase.
