Corporate atmosphere, empathy and sympathy are lacking. Leadership could improve their organization and communicate better. No bonuses and I've heard merit increases don't exist or are rarely given. I accepted the position NTE 8 properties in my Portfolio. I was at 10 within 2 months. **I've been employed at Associa 8 months, so my perception of the company as a whole, may just be having a lack of time at the company.

This company does not encourage property management as it should. Tell the client what they want to hear, show up at the HOA meetings, and drive through the managed area as little as possible. Property managers are spending more time working with vendors to receive kickbacks for work performed at the properties. I will be leaving soon for a better firm. Management is not capable of running a 7-11 franchise. Property managers only care about lining their pockets.
