Nothing is good about this company. Don't know who awarded them Employer of the year 2 times in a row. The whole process is rigged. They have a good story to say how they are employee focused and care about them. They highlight there 4 pillers...just put in place to deceive HOA that want to sign up with Associa or to the investment community

Cons

Shared Service Leadership - who get angry and threaten employees that they will lose their job, if they don't conform. This place is a poster child of modern day salvery.

Pros

Great time off benefits. Fabulous opportunities to advance. Fairly decent benefits, except for health insurance (see below). Mostly awesome coworkers. Interesting work. Branch executives generally have their hearts in the right place.

Cons

Health insurance is expensive for a company that is neither customer or provider friendly. Many providers do not accept them as they are that difficult to work with. Over all the company is a great company with a forward thinking vision. However, there is something broken at our branch. Bad behavior is rewarded. Do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do type of training. There are definitely not enough people to carry the workload and the "good" people burn out while the lazy people skate by. Raises are skimpy and a laughing stock and there is no such thing as a bonus. Branch mangement needs to take off the blinders and start really looking at their employees and their "worth." Some are just dead weight.

Cons

Forcing hourly employees to work off the clock. Forcing hourly employees to answer company cell phones 24/7. Lack of leadership/knowledge in upper management.
