Pros
The company has a great vision, with specific goals and objectives which are communicated to employees on a regular basis. It's led by a very strong executive team who work hard and truly believe in the company's vision and potential. Even though the company has grown quickly, there is still a strong sense of family spirit, and the feeling that people are working towards the same goal. The company is good about celebrating wins - both big and small - which have contributed to a big boost in employee morale.
Cons
The company runs lean. For the size of the company and the amount of work required, it asks much from it's employees. People often have too much on their plates and for many, compensation isn't proportionate to what is expected. Thankfully, the 'people' factor is huge - so while you're working late, you're usually doing it with people that you really enjoy. In addition, you see that the leadership is working just as hard, so there's a sense that everyone is in it together.
