Having worked for Associa for over 20 years, I have seen the company evolve from being a very good place to work to now being a great place to work. The biggest difference? The company truly believes and lives its Mission, Vision and Values. Most companies talk about improving the employee experience but Associa walks the walk.

Cons

The community management industry is challenging. We often are required to communicate difficult decisions that can be met with resistance
