Listening, Learning, Growing!

Pros

No company is every perfect but I love the way they have built processes to listen to their employees and are really beginning to put actions in place to improve. Associa is not all the way there yet but they are getting better every day... I look forward to seeing what is next and how I can help.

Cons

Would like cheaper healthcare; would like to be more empowered to make decisions but getting there...

Pros

Associa has been focused over the past year on building around it's pillars - starting with employee morale, then client retention, then client growth and profitability. I find our leaders to sincerely care about our employees and it's building a culture where I feel empowered to make a difference. Can't wait to see John Carona on Undercover Boss!

Cons

Sometimes the clients can be very demanding and we do have night meetings with boards - not as bad retail hours on weekends and holidays but still requires additional time with our clients.

-Great opportunities for growth -Excellent work environment -Company is growth oriented so new opportunities pop up all the time -Locations all over the world, so opportunities to travel and grow

Cons

-High growth company means change is inevitable. If you struggle with change, it might not be right for you -Big corporation, so while change at your branch happens regularly, change at the corporate level takes longer to move
