Pros

Great team spirit. Folks are friendly. Management tries to look at production issues and come up with better ways to streamline or reduce redundant functions. Promotions from within. Management has an open door policy. Convenient location.

Cons

Some departments suffer from high turnover but it is getting better. 401K is not a very attractive plan. Benefits are sub-par but they are working to improve them a little bit each year. Departments are staff so that if only one person is out it is the "perfect storm" of getting behind with workload.

My favorite reason working at Associa is our Family Spirit and the challenging work that we do. I enjoy the people that I work with/for and I always like being part of a winning team, and the largest company in our industry.

Cons

This is a tough industry that requires long hours and stressful work. Our clients are sometimes difficult and struggle to see the hard work that the entire team puts in for them. Overall, these challenges plague the industry, but Associa is a great place to work nonetheless.
