      Great work flexibility, good support network, and

      We work in a business where we are not thanked for hard work, and hear from homeowners when they are upset. There isn't anything that Associa has done to make this anymore burdensome that it would be regardless. The structure of employee support, team atmosphere, and cross-department cooperation makes dealing with difficult owenrs. Technology could be improved upon.

      Industry is not well known, HOA usually gets all the Negatives and easily forgotten Positives. HOA Management is often confused for just HOA, catching flak for that is tough

      Pros

      This company really cares about its employees and really pushes for employee morale/family spirit as a #1 priority. The company is constantly striving for improvements in all areas to help us with our job functions and to help our clients. The executive team really seems to care what the employees think and conduct surveys often. They address concerns and needs regularly. The company has a lot of employee recognition as well.
