There aren't any pros for property services unless you are a supervisor or higher management. I do not recommend NNJ. Check for yourself go online and read what customers are writing about NNJ

Cons

Cafeteria Plan Benefits, pay is not commensurate with other similar employers across the board---- dictatorship, cracks whip, provides no assistance when help is needed on big jobs. No room for advancement unless someone leaves company.

The employees all worked together as a team (like family) to achieve a desired result which was to assist the Boards of Directors to conduct business efficiently, and to assist residents with issues affecting their homes. I made lifetime friends.

Cons

At times it was a hostile work environment with Board members and residents publicly criticizing your work. It was stressful.
