      Pros

      – Like many others have said, Associa puts high value on a good work/life balance. The people here care about your success and well-being and truly exhibit the “family spirit” the company strives to create. The corporate office strives to create a “One Associa” where the quality of service and values are shared company-wide. Compensation and benefits are great, and as an employee, I feel valued and I appreciate the level of recognition the company tries to give to all of its employees.

      There really aren't any cons. Associa is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Associa is a forward moving company who puts family first, listens to the needs and recommendations of their employees on every level. They empower leaders/supervisors to be inventive in support of their employees with training and morale building as primary keys to accomplishing goals and tasks together.

      Cons

      The nature and demands of the job can be overwhelming at times, but help and support is always available, so you can get through it pretty easily.

      Pros

      I have worked in the property management industry for over 16 years and I can honestly say that I have never worked for a better company. The support and encouragement that I receive is wonderful. My branch President Kim Corcoran and Vice-President, Samantha Hunt are incredible hard working women and I have so much respect for them. The programs and systems that Associa uses are a tremendous tool and the educational opportunities set this company aside from any other.

      I can honestly say that I do not have any complaints.
