      Pros

      Many locations for transferring to choose from.. Can look for a career path, but you may have to wait for it.

      Cons

      You are asked to do things you may find unethical. Low pay, too many assignments. Can have managers that are not well trained, and do things that are very unsavory.

      Autonomy, Resources, varied experience in multiple disciplines, insurance, financial planning, legal, collections, construction, governance, management , staff supervision contract management, negotiation.

      Cons

      Long hours 60+ necessary weekly, obstacles to accomplishing items easily. No advancement other than overseeing more accounts. 24 / 7 on call. Unreasonable expectations from clients.

      Pros

      Strong growth, Friendly atmosphere and emphasis on company investment in technology. Decent Work life balance.

      Cons

      Very very Political. Promotions and pay are strongly correlated to how much the "inner circle" likes you. Dont step on the wrong toes. No real open door policy to the c suite. Although they put forward a different narrative. Benefits packages are lacking in quality but if you make it close to the inner circle pay can be decent.
