Cons

In my experience as long as you work hard and your moral compass is intact you will succeed.

Pros

The employees all worked together as a team (like family) to achieve a desired result which was to assist the Boards of Directors to conduct business efficiently, and to assist residents with issues affecting their homes. I made lifetime friends.

Cons

At times it was a hostile work environment with Board members and residents publicly criticizing your work. It was stressful.

Friendly employes at local Office, hiring process is thorough. Updated equipment. Benefits affordable , the company has the attitude of being progressive and this is good.

Cons

Constant change of employes Manadatory meetings via phone with CEO which are often interfering with local work Vendor programs that force you to only use preferred vendors, in an emergency could be a problem
