Cons
Management lack in Leadership. No direction. You can't ask questions nor ask for help. Disorganized. Nothing is updated. Everyman for him/herself. Equipements are broken. Sexist. Very much girlpower, And yet girls are expected to clean and do all the work. They will isolate and divide. You must put management on a pedestal. Clean after and collect mail for management. Management will attack you for their mistakes without apology. Management will state their assumptions as facts with constant fault finding and accusations. Micromanage and listen in on conversations both staff and residence. They will attack staff. Residence are unaware that they are being listened to. Constantly harass and are fixated on certain individuals. Management doe know how to problem solve. Management keeps gifts from staff given from residence they take a portion of gratuities. Each department is treated differently. Management will pit staff against each other. Complain to staff about a staff member. They have their favorite and always praise them. There are no breaks nor lunch breaks, management will give you a hard time for taking one. Short staff, coworkers constantly run late without consequnces. No back ups. We are 24/7 but skeleton crew of 1 or 2 staff 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shift. Management are disrespectful. You cannot talk to them nor question task for clairity. Rules are constantly changing. Always walking on eggshells. Even though it is a "yes sir" environment you are their punching bag. Staff avoid the first shift. Staff equipments constantly broken never udpated. Management are unreachable not just with residence with staff too. They complain about being reached. High turnover of staff and management. There is no growth here. NONE. Management does not want you to have a second job.
