      Pros

      - Co-workers are nice - Bonuses usually paid out in full

      Cons

      - Management is selfish - A lot of propaganda (a lot of claims that they are a top 100 workplace, but does nothing to justify the claim) - Benefits are terrible (horrible 401k options, higher insurance premiums and limited options...) - heavy push for 3/2 hybrid schedule while management only showed up 1-2 days a week - ideals and culture is very traditional
