Pros

I have never worked for a company with such an amazing support system. They will notice you are stressed before you do, and be there lifting you up and providing support before you think of quitting. We have consistent weekly team meetings, monthly refreshers, consistent 1on1 time with leadership, and they will move mountains to make time for you when you need it. Health benefits have good coverage, and include mental health. Never knew what work life valance was until I had the life part of the balance with Associa!

Cons

Sometimes you have evening meetings, but never on Friday or weekends without you being compensated. I've never had to do this. Benefits are expensive, as is your deductible.
