      Pros

      Leaders are very open to letting you interact with them and hear about different areas of the bank that you may not work in. 401k match up to 5%, 3% pension, employee stock purchase plan. Good benefits.

      Cons

      You sometimes just feel like a number and are just doing the work that is assigned to you without really seeing what the big picture is or where your work is going.

      Opportunity for growth and ability to take on new challenges in the role. Work-life balance & flexible work arrangements. Great compensation/salary. Partnership and collaboration within the team. Supportive management. Transparency & follow-through - what they tell you is important and a priority truly is one.

      Cons

      Like most companies, there are always politics or people unwilling to collaborate. There are times where the timeline to decision making doesn't make sense - there are times where things take much longer than they should with no explanation, and there are other times where we are rushing to get things done because last-minute decisions were made or information was not communicated until the last minute.
