Pros

• Competitive Compensation & Benefits: The company offers competitive salaries and strong financial incentives, including 401(k) matching and certification reimbursement. • Employee Development: Access to programs like frequent learning and upskilling incentives supports professional growth. • Company Stability: The company is profitable and stable, led by a CEO whose performance suggests minimal risk of layoffs. • Work-Life Balance: Generally good work-life balance. • Culture/Community: Wellness incentives and fun events/opportunities for community engagement are positive aspects of the workplace.

Cons

• Toxic Management Culture: The environment is highly toxic, characterized by a "high school" culture where gossip and private group chats involving managers targeting their own employees. • Harassment and Privacy Concerns: There are serious ethical concerns regarding managers abusing their access to employees' personal data (e.g., cyberstalking) and instances of coordinated bullying by middle management. • Lack of Meritocracy and Political Environment: The company suffers from a "good old boys club" and "yes man" culture. Promotions are driven by politicking and conformity rather than core competencies or performance, causing senior managers to flounder and team leaders to engage in psychological warfare against those who dissent. • Managerial Misconduct & Credit Theft: Middle managers often sabotage or set up employees for failure while simultaneously taking shared or sole credit for the individual work of ICs.

Pros

- Benefits - Remote options

Cons

I could say so much about the leadership in Talent Acquisition - toxic, micromanagers, untrustworthy, gossipy, unqualified to lead a team of that size. Favoritism is rampant and if they don't like you, they'll find a way to put a target on your back and get you fired or force you to quit. The volume of work is so high at times, but nothing gets done is a timely matter because of all the red tape and archaic chains of command and communication. There was so much potential for a strong, cohesive team with a foundation of trust. Unfortunately, the fish rots from the head down here and the turnover rate is proof of that.

Pros

There are still some great people here who truly care about their work, and the benefits are fairly competitive.

Cons

Leadership keeps changing direction, leaving teams confused and overworked. Support and resources have declined, and it’s probably the most toxic environment I’ve ever worked in. The culture has gone downhill in recent years, and there’s a lot of smoke and mirrors—don’t fall for it. Leadership seems more focused on trying to look like the next big bank and competing with the largest players than staying true to their roots and what once made the company special.
