Great CEO, flexible work, fair collaboration/priortization/efficiency, re-orgs concerning
Pros
Great CEO. Down to earth guy driving the company to do better. Big into growth by acquisition. Large talent development team; they want you to do well. I have a non-customer facing position; I experience great job flexibility. I easily able to leave a little early and stay later a different day; work around appointments and kid's functions. Generally feel appreciated.
Cons
Pay and Benefits in general are middle of the pack; best is 8 weeks maternity paid leave; worst is they tend to undervalue positions and the pay will show it, putting them below market. Cross department collaboration is fair to poor. Not sure if its competition or not appreciating each other, but we need to do better sharing knowledge/skills when its easy to see some departments are successful while others are not and could use their ideas/tools too but they don't know even know another department has them. Efficiency is fair- too much re-work from simple mistakes.
