Cons
Company will never support you to internally grow within company If you are good in production, they will try to find ways to limit your production so they can reduce their incentive expenditure and find out weird reasons to get rid of you. There is a huge disconnect between the different program management like finance is not informed of marketing department and if one department approves a method the other party would try to pull your leg and not let you excel.
