      Doesn't just talk about 'Work/Life Balance' actually lives it; Very competitive in industry Total Compensation; Excellent Paid Time off; Great Corporate Citizens; Committed to promoting and developing a diverse work force; Develops and promotes from within;

      Needs to continue recent trend in investing in keeping hardware, infrastructure and customer facing technology channels current; Some maturation of internal processes needed to improve efficiency.

      Pros

      Lots of different departments, growth from within is encouraged. If you don't like what you are doing you can work to find something you will. Management will work with you to ensure your life priorities are incorporated into your position. Great benefits, including pension, 401K, stock options and Vacation time.

      Cons

      Sometimes things take a long time to implement, change initiatives are slow to occur. The company talks things to death and we need more people to take action vs talking about it. I see positive growth in this area but it has a way to go yet.

      Good company to work for. Good benefits, most of the people were friendly. Get to be face to face with customer and help them with their questions.

      Cons

      With the changing world of banking they wanted to get more people to do online banking, deposits with the ATM etc.
