      Location. Decent Pay. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Impossible to advance. A sense of nepotism. health package is pretty expensive. Management lacks Leadership skills as rely on Subordinates to do their job. No accountability for Management. Like to say they promote from within but hiring managers require 7-10 years experience for every position.
