      1. Work-life balance provided at Associated Bank is one of the best environments I have ever worked in 2. Compensation at the Manager and above level (base salary + annual incentive program) is outstanding 3. The ability to move upwards as well as laterally across the Organization to continue to build and develop your skills and experience is not only available but encouraged and supported

      1. Exposure is very Wisconsin-centric due to company's current footprint - not a lot of opportunity outside of the state

      Managers who listen to their employees and are willing to understand issues.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there tends to be certain cliques within the different departments; some colleagues who don't feel like you belong in the clique sometimes push back on assistance, or act negatively towards one another.

      Pros

      Great Management and some of the best training I have ever seen in a company. Extremely helpful software and products. I've never felt like a company cared so much about my personal success.

      Cons

      Incentive caps. I was a top producing banker, and I left because I hit caps for incentive payout. I wish I had never left. Phenomenal company, through and through.
