Pros

Associated invests in the colleagues and provides numerous growth opportunities. The leadership in IT is always open to new, innovative ideas which makes working projects a great experience. The work environment is full of collaboration and camaraderie and it is expected that you reach out to your colleagues for support to ensure things are done right, and not just completed with a temporary fix. The work/life balance and benefits are better is great and management is engaging to ensure you do not get overworked.
