      Pros

      Decent Pay. Decent Benefits. Generous PTO. Good people to work with at the branch & district level. Decent technology.

      Cons

      Too much high-level management. Decisions don't always make sense for the branch level. Continued branch consolidation over last 4 years adds to job insecurity.

      Pros

      Fantastic Environment. Company works hard to try to make everyone happy. I have heard and seen differently in other locations, but Stevens Point has a great team right now.

      Cons

      Constantly changing, as is all of the banking world. You have to re-acclimate on a pretty constant basis.

      Flexible hours, sales goals incentives, good benefits, and generous paid time off. There is a lot of growth potential and they have great training program options.

      Cons

      As a part of the retail team there are some long hours. The branches don't always staff branches as they should.
