      Pros

      Work life balance. No one within my department works overtime.

      Cons

      The company is very spread out and therefore it is difficult to know who to contact within the organization for specific requests and work needs. Also process are implemented without understanding individual department's needs resulting in processes being made more time consuming and labor intensive rather than streamlined.

      Smaller, more flexible. People were great, no one was hung up on titles or position. willing to listen, never had a cookie cutter approach to the business.

      Cons

      Difficult putting any strategy together, spent a lot of time trying to figure out who they were. Never did accomplish that
