      Pros

      I enjoyed my coworkers and the atmosphere we had. Easy job, there is only so much you can do with money.

      Cons

      The quotas and sales goals you have to meet really depend on the bank you are at. The slower branches you will meet them less, meaning more awkward sit downs with your boss.

      Work is consistent and overtime is available- though often mandatory.

      Cons

      Bad environment for everyone. Little concern for the small employees and decisions made by upper management with no input from employees.

      Pros

      The people are amazing at Associated. They are constantly willing to help and make sure you're learning at your own pace because everyone is different. Also great on providing PTO and vacation time

      Cons

      Hard to switch shifts with someone because my branch is so small. But honestly, there isn't much bad to say about the company. It's awesome.
