Although incentive was (before the recession hit) achievable and decently-sized, my total compensation decreased by about 20% over 3 years. New rules and products are continually introduced without enough customer notice, so new fees seem to bloom like mushrooms on their statements. Every second of your work day is monitored in multiple ways.

High turn over rates, lack of communication hinders customer service. Guidelines are not followed by branch manager. People working but not being paid for it.
