Pros
Great pay, good benefits, and good corporate communication.
Cons
-Very pushy and greedy middle management - Most branches are understaffed. Teller line can be very exhausting -Moving up the ladder from a banker to an Assistant Branch Manager requires "record of branch leadership" which means "exceeding sales goals" for an extended amount of time, which can be impossible depending on the branch. Stock Plan is a joke. Companies like Chase and BoA continue to appreciate while Associated Bank hasn't regained its high since the 2007 housing crash.
