      Good for first couple years... then your mental and physical health may decline

      Pros

      Benefits are good. Pto is good. Great customer relationships.

      Cons

      Expected to be there at the drop of a hat on a day off due to being understaffed but always told you are fully staffed by market and district management. If you aren't kissing upper management butt then you will be ignored and belittled by them. You're expected to want to go into management at branch level and no other field that may interest you. HR gave an employee a warning for months of bullying a colleague so bad that colleague had to leave and the bully got to stay. Higher management didn't take this bullying situation seriously either. New hires get paid same or more than a veteran employee too. Loyalty seems to mean nothing to upper management.
