      Pros

      They are a diverse company that hires from all communities and walks of life.

      Cons

      If you work at certain locations you will be a teller and a banker but paid as if you are doing just one job. Your incentive is based on a bunch of different things including customer reviews of your location. The amount of work you do if you are a teller/banker is overwhelming and not worth the pay you get.
