Pros

Benefits Culture Internal growth Pay and incentive

Cons

Tracking is essential to growth and development. I think it would be more beneficial to have those who are actively using reporting to help create it or be part of a team to create those spreadsheets to help eliminate how many we have to use.

Pros

Flexible work arrangement, nice colleagues. School benefits.

Cons

This company thrives on making sure its employees can’t survive on a livable wage. Their salary employees are expected to work more than 45 hours a week. The culture of the company is only to give the manager and directors better pay. The company will do everything in its power to gain a profit. The culture is proven to be nothing but backstabbing, throw people under the bus, self serving individuals. This company prides itself on finding ways to place blame on individuals and finding ways to make it not their fault. This company refuses to pay fair wages and when you request a review you are told “you are paid fairly” or when you state you are doing the work of a senior role asking what the difference is being told “you do not have a certification, you’re expected to do the job for 2-3 years to prove you can handle the job before getting promoted”

Pros

A growing company is an exciting place to work, and you have to be able to embrace the ambiguity that comes with change. Associated Bank has a great reputation and brand locally and regionally, with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and flexible work with modern offices in a central downtown location. The culture is energetic and ambitious, driven by intentional core values. Colleagues are helpful and friendly, and leadership is competent and inspiring. I am proud to work at a bank that is so invested in the community, has significant sports and arts partnerships, and is committed to inclusion and belonging. The dedication to process, planning and results is very strong in the marketing organization.

Cons

Recently implemented a flexible 3-day/week RTO for most new corporate employees, so in-office life is still finding a rhythm. Parking is convenient but expensive. Projects and day-to-day work tend to be process-heavy, and there are opportunities to streamline platforms and tools for more agility and better productivity. Would benefit from more in-office perks like huddle/quiet rooms for focus and productivity, relaxed collaboration spaces that encourage engagement, treadmill desks, etc.
