Good and Bad

Pros

Smart colleagues, paternal atmosphere, nice offices

Cons

The AP suffers from the same biases that are affecting the industry. Failure to report both sides, ideologically driven, hypocritical about wanting open feedback. Even when presented with opposing views that are fact based, discussions are shut down. Zoom meetings that highly scripted and controlled. Very discouraging to good journalism
