      Pros

      Fair compensation; opportunities for growth if sought and pursued; basketball team and volleyball team; fitness center; some flexibility; employee assistance program available; benefit package is competitive

      Cons

      Incompetence is not addressed; training to better employee's with roles isn't steadily available; no tuition reimbursement; must be able to self motivate since leadership generally isn't enforced and held accountable.

      Pros

      Professional work environment, friendly atmosphere, cutting edge & fast paced. Co-workers are always willing to help when needed. Work is plentiful as the news never sleeps.

      Cons

      The work hours are long. Sometimes it feels like the shifts are never ending. Communication could be better between departments. As with any work place, drama ensues.

      Pros

      Very good with work-life benefits. Generally employees and management are very friendly and work together. You could easily work here for many years until you retire - I've met a lot of people who worked for 10, 20, 30+ years here.

      Cons

      Company is a bit traditional and old-school in certain ways. Trying hard to preserve "culture" and "how things have been done" for the past 100 years. This is probably not a place if you really want impact and implement ideas that are out-of-the-box.
