Pros

Great people. Very kind and intelligent. They teach you the finest journalism ethics that you can learn. Great reputation. People are very proud of the AP brand. Being part of this organization was a priceless experience.

Cons

Some managers can be brutally egoistic. Advancement within the organization is slow and limited depending on where you start from. The culture can be very bureaucratic. Old-school journalism.
