      Work from hone opportunities. That is it.

      Cons

      Management sucks! Very unprofessional. No leadership skills. Lacks communication. Benefits are horrible. Office feels like you are at a club. There is no diversity. They are doing major layoffs without notice. Health benefits suck. Pay sucks. Merit increases.....you xan forget about it. You only get a good merit increase if you are best friends with your manager.

      Work life balance Vacation time Pretty cool team leads

      Cons

      No raises - no room for growth--they are making changes and will probably have more lay offs soon --- NO TRAINING -- but they expect you to reach goals that are impossible to reach -- people are in cliques-- not enough teamwork --

      Unit Managers are the Worst

      The benefits which include PTO, health insurance, etc. The offices are nice with a full cafeteria.

      Cons

      Management are liars which is why turnover rate is high. Team leads are glorified "supervisors" instead of the managers. No one is on the same page AT ALL. Training is a JOKE. If you go to the bathroom, be ready to defend the fact that as a human you have bowel movements. Team leads love to micromange you if you arent their friend. Instead of leading by example, they do everything they arent supposed to (such as being on their cell phone) but then blast you to the supervisor for your mistakes. Assurant Specialty Property in Florence, SC is the absolute worst.
