      I worked with intelligent, passionate co-workers who cared very much about getting the job done right.

      Cons

      Management as a whole was cliquey and more apt to listen to rumors instead of facts when it came to performance issues.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Everyone is very helpful and caring.

      Cons

      Company is ran by the wrong type of management. The management has poor leadership skills. They tend to micromanage the office instead of actually assisting you on the floor. You can tell that the only aspect that the managers and team leads are focused on is trying to move to the highest position versus trying to assist their employees.

      Pros

      It's a job for those who are content with living pay check to pay check. There aren't many pros to this job currently unfortunately.

      Cons

      The people that work here no matter the level make it hard for the sincere employees to succeed. They aren't open to people who speak up about an issue. You aren't wanted in upper management if you have an opinion of some kind. They say "do what you're told", I say just do your job. It's that simple.
