Pros
Good benefits, good work environment. The option to work at home. Travel opportunities.
Cons
Lots of drama among employees. Management is very political and promotions aren't always given to those who necessarily have the skill, or deserve them, it's more about who's nose if browner. Upper Management and Executives are more concerned about their own bonuses so they concentrate on meeting goals of keeping under budget (lower pay for employees) to ensure they get more money.
