Beginning was smooth until you start working for a while to see the big picture.
Cons
No work life balance as promised. Low salary. No prospect to move forward. Politics, won't promote people already working, but will keep hiring from outside for higher positions. Dead end job. Little training opportunity. Everything is surprise. Nobofy knows anything until for a while It's shareholders company. Not employees.
