Management poor, Conditions worked until burned out, no help with clients, clients always unhappy on the phone with our work ethic, will not allow you to go to restroom or get water when needed unless on break or lunch Management has no clue what to do, poor pay for what you do and fire you before benefits begin. Many employees on medication for blood pressure due to work performance and fear of being fired on the spot. Glad I am out of there.

Senior management, though smart, have lost their way on treating employees right. With Don leaving and all of the downsizing, employees are treated as puppets. IT is not given the resources needed to complete what needs to be done for Reform, and stress and overtime are breaking down moral. No upward movement possible due to downsizing and everyone just waiting for their pink slip to arrive. Good people are leaving for more innovative and positive workplaces.
