      Great culture, very open and down to earth folks. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth. Favoritism to say the least. Benefits are decent.

      Pros

      Salary decent, benefits great (medical, dental, vision long and short term disability) vaction and sick leave. Lots of extrinsic rewards bonus were great.

      Cons

      Expections unrealistic for supervisors. No opportunies for growth once in a supervisor position. Good supervvisors with performing teams were expected to carry the weight for the less performing teams. Supervisors were not treated equally and after you reach a certain salary forget about receiving a pay increase.

      Pros

      They keep their employees happy! i have been pulled off the phones a couple times just to chat with someone if i am having a bad day, there are always snacks, big cubicles, they will sit you with people you can learn from, and a response from hr/managment takes less than a day mostly. Promotions are done well ( i applied for a job internally and was accepted for a more entry level job in the same area of the company with the option to move up)

      Cons

      Very stressful calls, not a job for anyone who cant take criticism or being yelled at,
