      Pros

      Great environment, easy to work with the people there. Only reason I left was because of my school schedule getting in the way from meeting the minimum hours. I'd go back if I get a chance.

      It's a call center. Standard cons apply.

      The Company definately does not value employees on the entry level-position, they are blatantly Underpaiding and overworking their employees in the Customer Service Department.

      Pros

      Free parking. Still get an annual bonus, but for how much longer? Nice park-like campus with outdoor walking trail.

      Cons

      New IT positions are created for chosen people, that are never posted on the internal job opportunities site. Job openings that *are* posted on the site are "no longer available" the same day they are posted! Meanwhile, a phantom position is created that is never filled. Benefits used to be better, but they whittle away at them one at a time. Lost the 50% gym membership subsidy a couple years ago, and there are no onsite exercise facilities at my location.
