Pros

Work place is like home with no pressure and friendly management, time management is very good that i can maintain time and work as per in time.

Cons

As newly started at Hyderabad management should improve the process in quick manner.

As it is a start up company it should bring some new ideas and projects.

We always welcome new ideas and motivate employees to share them with us. As for the cab facility in future, we may provide it but we do not inted to do so now.

1. The Working Environment with this company is very Good. 2. Astegic Infosoft is one of the fastest growing company. 3. Very Supportive and Friendly Management we have. 4. Morning Shift for Girls. 5. Job Satisfaction.

Cons

No canteen No Cab Facility Apart from these two there are no cons to best of my knowledge.

As we’re a growing org, it takes time to expand. We will be thinking about starting the cab facility in future sometime. As of now, we do not intend to do so.
