      This is definitely one of the best companies in Jaipur to work for. Being a Lead developer I get to directly interact with clients but the expose that people are getting even at Associate and even trainee level is terrific. The main benefits I have experienced are: 1. Great work-life balance and no unnecessary stress 2. Great culture 3. US clients 4. Good managment

      Not much flexibility as mainly there is one shift 10am to 7pm

      Pros

      This was my experience working with Astegic for just under 3 years. There is ZERO politics in the company. They truly have a "US work culture". I had excellent relations with team members and management. Managers are very encouraging and you will get recognition and appreciated for the work. I had two great appraisals during my 2 years, I got great reference from HR and my manager.. and and I got a awesome leaving party... thanks guys.

      Cons

      I am leaving feeling very positive. 'For me the con is they dont have office in Gurgaon so I could get relocated.
